Fresh aromas of orange peel, lemon zest, and D’Anjou pear dominate the nose with a slight tannic finish. Powerful yet pleasant with 2.8% residual sugar, and tempered acidity due to the ripe 2019 vintage. Stainless steel fermented and bottled to retain its delicate character.
