Citrus, apple, and vanilla
A tiny crop defines this limited-release wine. Focussed aromas of citrus, hay, and apple segue to fresh citrus and vanilla on the palate. No residual sugar and malolactic fermentation was blocked. Fermented and aged in 100% French oak barrels.
