
Our premier white wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 9 months. Aged sur lie (on the lees), this is a time honored Burgundian method for producing rich and round Chardonnay wine. Along with a beautiful honeyed fruit character this vintage also offers nuances of butter from a portion of the wine having completed malolactic fermentation.
